By enrolling and opting into SMS or WhatsApp alerts, the family contact expressly consents to receive automated messages from Nori. Message frequency depends on call outcomes — typically 0–2 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

Calls between Nori and enrolled seniors are recorded and analyzed by AI to generate wellbeing summaries and detect concerns. By enrolling a senior, the family contact confirms that the senior has been informed of and agreed to this recording and analysis.
Recordings are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. They are used only for the purpose described above.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
